About this file

This document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the Arizona Department of Administration's General Services Division, specifically Solicitation No. BPM006897 for HVAC Maintenance, Repair, and Emergency Services. The RFP includes Attachment K - References, which provides details of three client references: Desert Financial Credit Union, Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections, and United Health Group, all located in Arizona.

The references demonstrate the contractor's experience in providing preventative maintenance and on-demand services for HVAC and plumbing systems. Key services include special projects such as compressor installations for chillers, boiler installations/replacements, central plant HVAC repairs, and RTU/split system installations. The references span from 2010 to the present, with at least one reference specifically related to public sector work, as required by the solicitation. The document indicates that the state intends to conduct reference checks and may contact additional clients not initially presented by the offerors.
