About this file
This document is a Price Increase Percentages form from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division, associated with Solicitation No. BPM004794. The document is available online at https://appstate.az.gov/ and is designed for potential contractors to specify maximum price increase percentages for contract renewal periods.
The form allows offerors to propose incremental price increases for up to four renewal periods, with percentages escalating from 20% in the first period to 50% in the fourth period. Each proposed increase would be calculated against the original contract price, and the State of Arizona does not automatically approve price increases. Contractors must provide documentation justifying any requested increase at the time of renewal. The document includes an example table demonstrating how percentage increases would be applied across successive renewal periods, using a sample original contract price of $100.00 to illustrate the potential price progression.
