Subcontracting Percentage Worksheet

Note to Offeror: Complete below, identifying each intended subcontractor and subcontractor amount which is included in your offer. This form is for small businesses only who are required to meet the goals under FAR Clause 52.219-14 Limitations of Subcontracting, to include specifics at 52.219-14(e)(4), Limitations on Subcontracting, for Specialty Construction, limitation payout of 75% of total services.

To calculate the subcontracting percentage, first add the amount in the Subcontractor Amount Column and place that total dollar amount in Box (A). Then add the amount in the Prime Contractor Column and place that total dollar amount in Box (B)
