Vendor Questions:

1. I am completing a bid package for the above RFP. In the past, for the diversity component of the state bids, we have simply checked that we comply with the requirement and attach our certifications. The form has changed significantly. Is my previous process still acceptable or do I need to fill out the remainder of the form?

A: Section B.5.2.3 of the RFP addresses the Commitment to Diversity Elements. In order to receive points for the Diversity Elements Vendors Must Complete the “Commitment to Diversity Vendor Answer Form v24.4” which can be found here: https://cpo-general.illinois.gov/content/dam/soi/en/web/cpo-general/c2d-and-dei-documents/c2d-vendor-answer-sheet-v.24.4.docx and also in the attachments tab of BidBuy. Vendor Guidance for completing this can be found here: https://cpo-general.illinois.gov/content/dam/soi/en/web/cpo-general/c2d-and-dei-documents/c2d-vendor-guidance-v.24.4.pdf and also in the attachments tab of BidBuy. Vendor’s Commitment to Diversity will be evaluated and awarded points based on the information provided in the Vendor Answer Sheet and attachments. Vendors who do not complete the answer form and attach the requested documentation, will receive zero points.
