About this file
This document provides a folder structure for final deliverables for audiovisual projects for the National Park Service. It outlines the naming conventions and organization for hard drives, folders and subfolders to house master files, installation files, web files, completion reports, licenses and releases, source materials, credits, final scripts, sequence information, footage and sound logs, and music cue sheets. Project files are also to be included, such as consolidated film, working projects, animation, graphics and score. Related files should be grouped together in logically named folders of 30 characters or less without special characters except for underscores. The hard drive labeling should include the park alpha code, AV number and hard drive number. The specified folder structure aims to organize final materials for AV projects produced for the National Park Service in a standardized manner across engagements.
