About this file
This document includes a past performance questionnaire and federal contract opportunity notice. The past performance questionnaire is a template for references to evaluate a contractor's previous work on a rating scale. It requests ratings in areas such as technical compliance, schedule adherence, submittal timeliness, change order volume, project management, team performance, and overall rating.
The federal contract opportunity is to replace 1,184 variable air volume boxes in the main hospital and 119 boxes in the community living center at the West Palm Beach Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Interested parties must register at sam.gov to receive the solicitation, which will issue on October 28, 2021 with responses due December 2, 2021. The project magnitude is estimated between $10-20 million. Preference will be given to service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses for this firm-fixed-price contract awarded by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 8.
