About this file
This document is a Permit Information sheet for the Honore Avenue Reclaimed Water Main Extension, Phase 2B project (CIP Project No. 88058), which involves multiple permit requirements for infrastructure work. The project requires three specific permits: a Utility Permit (Utility Review Permit number UTIL-REVIEW-25-00038), a Temporary Traffic Control Plan (TTCP), and a Lane Closure Permit from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for any lane closures on State Road 681. References to detailed permit information and requirements are noted to be located on specific plan sheets, including sheets C-02 for the utility and traffic control permits, and sheets T-1 through T-5 for lane closure details.
The document provides a concise overview of the necessary regulatory approvals for the reclaimed water main extension project, highlighting the need for careful coordination with local and state transportation authorities. The permit requirements suggest this is a complex infrastructure project involving utility work that will impact traffic flow, necessitating careful planning and adherence to regulatory guidelines to ensure safe and compliant construction activities.
