About this file

This is a Price Proposal Sheet attachment for Request for Proposals #S-34000-00016777 issued by the State of Oregon for an Online Training Content Subscription. The agency is seeking a qualified contractor to provide licensing for an established online safety and workplace learning content library that can be imported into and delivered through the agency's existing Learning Management System, Workday. The RFP is limited to content licensing only and does not include an LMS solution. Proposers must submit a single, firm fixed, all-inclusive price for each year of the contract term, covering a five-year period from Year 1 through Year 5.

Pricing must be all-inclusive and represent the full cost to provide the online training content subscription, including all required licenses or subscription access, all user access, technical support, maintenance and updates, access to all required e-learning modules and content, and any onboarding, activation, or setup needed to enable use of the solution. Proposers must also report the total number of distinct, clearly identifiable online training titles included in their library and provide a comprehensive table listing all unique, currently available titles by title number, course title, description, and current availability status. Each title must be unique, currently available under the proposed solution, and not a duplicate, placeholder, or unavailable at the time of proposal submission.
