About this file
This is a References attachment document for the City of Minnesota's Request for Proposal for Employee Mental Health and Healing Support Services. The document outlines requirements for proposers to provide references demonstrating relevant experience and qualifications in delivering mental health and employee support services. Proposers are required to submit references from previous clients or organizations for whom similar services have been provided, including contact information and descriptions of work performed. The references should validate the proposer's capability to successfully execute the scope of work outlined in the RFP and demonstrate experience with comparable employee mental health initiatives, support programs, or healing services.
The references attachment establishes evaluation criteria by which the City can assess proposer credibility and past performance in the mental health services sector. By requiring documented references with specific details about prior engagements, the City ensures that selected vendors possess proven expertise and a track record of successful service delivery. This documentation requirement is standard practice in government procurement for professional services and allows the City to verify proposer claims and assess organizational capability before contract award.
