About this file
This document contains pricing templates and instructions for a solicitation seeking inspection and quality assurance support services. The National Institutes of Health, under the Department of Health and Human Services, is soliciting proposals to provide inspection services for its facilities design, construction, demolition, modification, renovation and repair projects. Offerors are instructed to complete templates calculating fully burdened labor rates for key personnel categories including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC inspectors, as well as templates estimating pricing based on assumptions of 125 projects per year with an average duration of 90 days requiring 1.5 hours of inspection per day. Pricing should be proposed for a base period and four one-year award term periods with an escalation rate for outyears. The total evaluated price will be determined from the automated rollups in the provided templates.
