About this file

This document includes pricing templates and instructions for a federal solicitation seeking inspection and quality assurance support services. The National Institutes of Health, under the Department of Health and Human Services, is soliciting proposals to provide inspection services for its facilities managed by the Division of Design and Construction Management. Offerors are instructed to complete templates calculating fully burdened labor rates for key personnel categories and estimating total prices for a base period and four potential award terms providing mechanical, electrical, HVAC, testing and balancing, and electrical metering inspection services. Pricing is to be based on assumptions of inspecting an average of 125 projects per year lasting 90 days each, with templates automatically calculating extended prices from input labor rates and hours.
