About this file
This is a Consultant Experience Worksheet and Resume template for RFO 25-1025, establishing qualifications for a Software Engineer position within the TDDC MSA classification framework. The document outlines mandatory and desirable qualifications that prospective consultants must demonstrate through detailed experience documentation. Candidates must provide a resume with clearly dated employment history and submit copies of relevant degrees and certifications. All experience claimed to meet minimum qualifications must have been obtained within the past ten years.
The minimum qualifications require candidates to demonstrate five consecutive years of software engineering experience that includes designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using various programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++; collaborating with project teams, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and meet technical specifications; conducting testing and debugging to ensure reliability and efficiency; developing project documentation and system specifications; and meeting project timelines and deliverables. Additionally, candidates must document a separate five consecutive years of software engineering services provided to a California State Department, federal, state, local, or public agency. Desirable qualifications offer fifty points to candidates who can demonstrate two or more consecutive years of software engineering consultative services to a State of California Department using Agile methodology within the past ten years, provided this experience does not overlap with minimum qualification documentation. Candidates must provide contact information for agency references who can verify claimed experience.
