About this file

This document is a Participating Addendum (PA) for North Dakota State Contract 352 for Biomedical Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services. The contract involves multiple potential purchasing entities, including agencies, boards, bureaus, commissions, institutions under the State Board of Higher Education, political subdivisions, and North Dakota government and education entities authorized to use state contract vehicles. The document provides a framework for specific participating entities to access and utilize the statewide contract for biomedical equipment services.

The contract covers maintenance and repair services for biomedical equipment, with pricing based on the rates established in the original North Dakota State Contract 352. Standard maintenance fees are predetermined, while emergency and non-standard repairs will be billed at rates specified in the contractor's original bid response. The contract term is not explicitly defined but will run until a specified end date or coterminous with the state contract, with potential for extension. The addendum allows for flexibility in adding devices and services, and outlines specific responsibilities for both the participating entity and the contractor, including equipment access, maintenance, reporting, and compliance with safety regulations.
