About this file
This is Amendment 2 to a Request for Proposal issued by the South Carolina Department of Public Health, with procurement oversight by the State Fiscal Accountability Authority's Division of Procurement Services. The solicitation seeks an Electronic Disease Surveillance System. The non-mandatory pre-proposal conference was originally scheduled for October 18, 2024, at 10:00 AM ET via Microsoft Teams but has been extended to October 21, 2024, at the same time. The deadline for submitting questions has been extended from October 18, 2024, to October 21, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET. The offer submission deadline has been extended to March 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM ET, with offers to be submitted online through SCEIS along with one redacted copy. The award is anticipated to be posted on May 2, 2025. Offerors must hold their offers open for a minimum of 120 calendar days after the opening date, and all terms and conditions not modified by this amendment remain unchanged.
This amendment serves solely to extend the deadline for offer submissions, with answers to previously submitted questions to be provided in a forthcoming amendment. Vendors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by signing and returning it, identifying the amendment number and date on page two of their submission, submitting a letter, or indicating receipt in their bid response. Offerors are required to register for a South Carolina vendor number prior to submission and must certify compliance with any applicable state preferences, including resident vendor, resident contractor, or resident subcontractor preferences. Procurement Officer Ashley Kennedy-Shell may be contacted at 803-737-9931 or akshell@mmo.sc.gov for additional information or Microsoft Teams log-on instructions.
