About this file

Summary

This Addendum No. 1 modifies the Invitation to Bid 25260070B-VG issued by the School Board of Seminole County, Florida's Purchasing and Distribution Services Department for Milk & Dairy Products to be supplied to the Red Apple Dining Department and School Culinary Programs across 56 school locations. The addendum, posted on February 27, 2026, clarifies sample requirements for the 15 line items, specifying that items 1-3 require no samples, while items 4-15 require varying quantities ranging from twelve individual wrapped samples to one 5-gallon sample bag or 5-pound tub, depending on the product and whether vendors are bidding non-standard products. The solicitation opening date remains April 2, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., with samples to be delivered to Red Apple Dining before the sample deadline. The addendum revises submittal requirements to include Exhibit E (Campus Locations and Contacts), establishes January 2026 as the month for FMO pricing, confirms the school district receives two deliveries per week, and clarifies that electronic invoices are acceptable if sent at time of delivery with specified details including item numbers, prices, and adjustments.

The revised submittal requirements mandate that bidders provide fourteen specific documents and certifications including an active business entity registration screenshot, current Health Department inspection report, authorized reseller letters for each manufacturer, and various USDA and state-required affidavits and certifications. The addendum does not identify any incumbent vendors or current contractors, and no specific budget or award value is disclosed. Pricing must be quoted FOB inside delivery to Seminole County schools with twice-weekly deliveries, using January 2026 FMO pricing standards. The contract will be awarded on an all-or-none, by-lot, by-partial-lot, or by-item basis to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with an initial two-year term and an optional two-year renewal period, with Board approval scheduled for May 12, 2026.
