About this file

This document is a Lease/Rental Contract for Digital Copier Equipment and Multifunctional Devices, issued by Advanced Business Methods (ABM) in Bismarck, North Dakota. The contract leverages the State of North Dakota's NASPO Contract #187822 and State Contract PA131, with HP Inc. serving as the primary contract holder. The contract is designed for state agencies and other purchasing entities to lease digital copier and multifunctional device equipment.

The contract provides a comprehensive lease agreement that includes an Ultimate Service Maintenance Agreement (USMA), which covers equipment support, trip charges, inspections, on-call repair service, and parts and supplies (excluding networking support and paper). The lease terms allow for flexible termination options, including provisions for lack of funding or changes in legal authority. While specific equipment quantities and unit prices are not filled in on this template document, the contract establishes a framework for state agencies to acquire and maintain digital office equipment through a pre-negotiated state and NASPO cooperative purchasing vehicle.
