About this file

This is a Scope of Work document issued by the Nevada State Purchasing Division, Department of Administration, for electric vehicle charging station services statewide. The project requires comprehensive support services for Nevada's existing EV charging infrastructure, including ongoing maintenance for 41 chargers currently operational at multiple state locations across Carson City, Las Vegas, Reno, and other Nevada facilities. The services encompass routine inspections, repairs, and component replacement for the existing dual-port and single-port chargers. The vendor must also provide cost estimates and procedures for installing additional EV chargers at future locations, including the Mead facility and Silverado Building. The scope does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, award dates, or contract terms and renewal options.

The vendor must establish a complete billing and payment processing system that supports rate structures for both superchargers and standard chargers, with same-day deposit functionality compliant with Nevada Revised Statutes 356.005-356.011. Pricing must address credit card processing fees, subscription costs if applicable, and support multiple payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, contactless payments, and digital wallets. The system must provide invoice division by state agency, public usage, or individual charging station, along with comprehensive tracking and reporting tools for usage monitoring by state agencies and the public. The vendor must detail all warranties for equipment and software, describe fraud prevention measures and data security protocols, and include pricing for any additional services not explicitly listed in the scope of work. The document does not address set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or specific contract amounts.
