About this file

This document is an amendment to a request for proposals for outfitting two radio frequency shielded anechoic chambers at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's John H. Glenn Research Center with specialized test equipment.

The amendment modifies pricing details for the base period and three option periods. The base period is for final design over nine months. Options include furnishing and installing horizontal near field range absorbers over three months, providing an independent horizontal near field scanner system over twelve months, and supplying a compact antenna test range system meeting all requirements over nine months following completion of the previous options. Pricing templates should depict total proposed prices by collecting proposed labor hours, materials, other direct costs, and fee for each line item and option. When completing the technical proposal, offerors are to assume all options will be awarded concurrently at the end of final design.
