Construction work hours are 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, with winter work permitted between October 15 and April 15.

Critical project requirements include engineered and stamped shoring designs for excavations exceeding 20 feet in depth, slope stability analysis for work within Riverton City Slope Easement on the 13200 South project, and multiple permits from UDOT, Riverton, Herriman, and County Survey. Construction staking, survey as-builts, pipe and manhole testing, and third-party CCTV inspection are contractor responsibilities, while compaction testing and CCTV inspection are provided by JBID. Traffic control plans must be approved by UDOT Region 2 and Herriman City. Bid Item 34 on the 13200 South project covers potential costs for securing temporary access through Suburban Land Reserve Property.
