About this file

This document is a State Contract 005 Board Licensing Software Proposal Request issued by the North Dakota Information Technology (NDIT) department. The procurement is specifically targeting the Professional Board Licensing Vendor Pool, with Sara Bilden serving as the State Procurement Officer. The document provides a comprehensive template for state agencies and boards to procure software solutions for licensing management, with guidance for vendors interested in responding to the proposal request.

The proposal seeks a software solution for board licensing management, with requirements including system interfaces, integrations, reporting capabilities, data transfer, and potential customizations. Vendors are required to submit both technical and cost proposals, with evaluation criteria totaling 100 points: 50 points for the proposed solution, 30 points for staff qualifications, and 20 points for cost. Service rates are restricted to those originally proposed in RFP Number 110.7-23-09 issued on 02.15.2024. The procurement process includes a vendor question period, proposal submission, initial scoring, potential demonstration, and eventual execution of a Participating Addendum that will outline specific deliverables and payment terms.
