QUESTION:

2. Work Item – 24: Sea Strainers – Duplex (All Sizes), Overhaul.

We are unable to find any information on the strainer BASKETS the while researching parts. All companies are stating we need the basket material and mesh size to get a quote and just having the information of the strainer housing is not enough. If this information is unknown, we recommend the basket renewal be addressed via a CCO as materials can vary pricing.

QUESTION:

6. Work Item – 37: Potable Water Riser Piping, Renew.

KTR finds the lead time from the OEM Appleton Marine Inc. for the cables listed in paragraph 3.2 Table 1 Lines 5 & 6 have a 14-week lead time ARO from the manufacturer. KTR has tried to research the cables which are considered high performance from local vendors with no response at this time. Due to the lead time

KTR is informing the government that the lead time from the OEM puts the Work

Item completion and availability end date in jeopardy based on the Solicitation anticipated contract award date of May 1, 2023.

Request the government acknowledge the material lead time and potential impacts to the WI completion and the availability end date.

9. Government will provide wire rope in paragraph 3.2 Table 1 Line 5 & 6 as GFE.

Rate and O-00Z monetary values filled out upon receipt of the form. The form can be edited as needed for KTR submittal.

Request the government clarify if the monetary values for line-item O-00A of
