7-Bedford County Memorial Park Map.png

This file is a map image titled "7-Bedford County Memorial Park Map.png" related to a cemetery grounds maintenance contract opportunity for Life Remembered, a multi-state cemetery operator serving Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, South Carolina, and North Carolina. The map displays the location and layout of Bedford County Memorial Park in Pennsylvania, one of the 26 cemeteries operated by Life Remembered for which grounds maintenance services are being solicited. The image serves as a visual reference for bidders to identify the specific cemetery location and understand the physical property boundaries and features that will require maintenance services.

The maintenance services being requested include regular weekly mowing at a consistent height of 3-4 inches, biweekly trimming and edging of landscaping features including pathways, markers, benches, and fences. Contractors must develop and maintain landscaping schedules, provide necessary equipment and supplies, report safety hazards and maintenance issues, and exercise care to avoid damaging monuments and memorials. Seasonal requirements include debris cleanup no later than ten days prior to Easter and completion of fall/winter maintenance by November 1st. Life Remembered requires bidders to treat cemetery grounds and visitors with respect while delivering quality maintenance services across multiple cemetery locations identified in the project's bid table.
