This is an image file related to a Cemetery Grounds Maintenance request for quote issued by Life Remembered, a multi-state cemetery operator serving Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, South Carolina, and North Carolina across 26 locations. The image appears to be a visual representation or photograph of Franklin Hills Memory Gardens, one of the cemetery properties included in the bid scope. The maintenance services requested include regular weekly mowing, biweekly trimming and edging, edging around cemetery structures such as pathways and markers, schedule development and landscaping plan maintenance, equipment and supply provision, safety hazard reporting, and respectful treatment of grounds and visitors. Specific service requirements encompass lawn care with consistent 3-4 inch mowing heights adjusted seasonally, edging along walkways and monuments, and trimming around trees and shrubs without structural damage. Seasonal maintenance requirements include spring debris cleanup no later than ten days prior to Easter, consistent summer mowing and trimming schedules, and fall/winter cleanup completed no later than November 1.

Monument and memorial care is emphasized as a critical service component, requiring contractors to avoid damage during landscaping operations, immediately report any damaged monuments to Life Remembered, and refrain from removing or altering family-placed decorations without authorization. The bid table within the project documentation identifies all participating cemetery locations across the five-state service area. Life Remembered seeks quotes from quality-focused companies capable of delivering comprehensive grounds maintenance services across multiple locations while maintaining the dignified and perpetual care standards the organization has upheld since 1956.
