27-Life Remembered List Of Properties.xlsx

This file is a bid table that lists 26 cemetery properties maintained by Life Remembered, a family-owned funeral services company operating across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, South Carolina, and North Carolina since 1956. The spreadsheet identifies specific cemetery locations with their addresses and acreage, ranging from 5.5 acres at Cedar Lawn Cemetery in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to 65 acres at Greenwood Memorial Park in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. The properties total approximately 635 acres across the five-state region. The related contract opportunity seeks quotes for comprehensive grounds maintenance services including regular weekly mowing at a consistent height of 3-4 inches, biweekly trimming and edging, and seasonal cleanup operations. Service requirements include edging around cemetery structures such as pathways, markers, benches, and fences; developing and maintaining landscaping plans; providing necessary equipment and supplies; and reporting safety hazards to the supervisor. Spring maintenance must be completed no later than ten days prior to Easter, and fall/winter preparations must be finished by November 1.

The maintenance services encompass monument and memorial care with strict requirements to avoid damage to structures and to report any damage immediately to Life Remembered, along with prohibitions against removing or altering family-placed decorations without permission. Contractors must treat cemetery grounds and visitors with respect and maintain consistent service standards across all locations. The file serves as the reference document for the bid table referenced in the formal contract opportunity, providing the specific addresses and acreage information necessary for prospective contractors to understand the scope and scale of the maintenance work required across Life Remembered's cemetery portfolio.
