6-Fairview Memorial Park Map.png

This file is a map image of Fairview Memorial Park, one of 26 cemeteries operated by Life Remembered across Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Life Remembered, which has served communities since 1956, is seeking quotes for grounds maintenance services at multiple cemetery locations. The requested services include regular weekly mowing at a consistent height of 3-4 inches, biweekly trimming and edging of cemetery structures such as pathways, markers, benches, and fences, development and maintenance of landscaping schedules, and reporting of safety hazards or maintenance issues to a supervisor. Seasonal maintenance requirements include cleanup of winter debris no later than ten days prior to Easter and completion of fall/winter preparation no later than November 1. Contractors must provide all necessary equipment and supplies while treating cemetery grounds and visitors with respect.

The map serves as a visual reference identifying Fairview Memorial Park as one of the specific locations included in the bid table for this maintenance contract opportunity. Contractors are required to exercise care to avoid damaging monuments and memorials during landscaping operations and must report any damage to Life Remembered immediately. No decorations placed by families may be removed or altered without permission. The scope of work emphasizes consistent, quality maintenance across all designated cemetery properties to ensure perpetual care standards are maintained.
