The mandatory requirements for proposals include submitting the signed RFP form, providing clarity and responsiveness, completing the Corporate Overview, Sections II through IV, Attachment 6 - FUN RTM, Technical Approach, and State Cost Proposal Template. Proposals meeting the mandatory requirements will be evaluated based on the Corporate Overview (25 points), Technical Approach (65 points), and Cost Proposal (10 points), for a total of 100 points. Oral interviews may be required, worth an additional 20 points for a total of 120 points.
The cost proposal points will be calculated by awarding the maximum points to the lowest cost submitted, with other proposals receiving proportional points based on their cost relative to the lowest. This RFP is for a State Park Reservation System for the State of Nebraska, with the contract potentially not being exclusive as the State reserves the right to contract for similar services from other sources.
