About this file
This is a PaymentWorks Onboarding Letter from the State of Florida related to the Rainbow Lakes Estates Ivy Place Road Improvement Project (Contract 26B-112). The document outlines the onboarding process for a contractor selected to perform roadway reclamation and widening work on SW Ivy Place Road. The project scope includes clearing and grubbing to widen existing 18-foot pavement to 20 feet, importing limerock to establish proper 2% roadway slope, regrading high shoulders and swales, sodding of shoulders and right-of-way areas, and thermoplastic striping. Additionally, the contractor must excavate and grade a swale approximately 250 feet long by 23 feet wide by 1.5 feet deep at the drainage area near 20154 SW Rainbow Lakes Boulevard, including excavation, rough grading, ditchblocks, dirt berm installation along the property line, finish grading, and sod installation. The letter serves as notification to the selected contractor that they must complete PaymentWorks registration and vendor setup procedures to facilitate payment processing and contract administration.
The letter does not specify detailed pricing terms, contract duration, or renewal options within the onboarding document itself. The PaymentWorks platform is Florida's standardized vendor payment and information management system, requiring contractors to establish electronic banking information, tax documentation, and business registration details before payments can be issued. The onboarding process ensures compliance with state financial management requirements and establishes the contractor's eligibility for fund disbursement related to the Ivy Place Road Improvement Project.
