About this file
Exhibit F - Non-Conflict of Interest
This is a non-conflict of interest certification document for the Colorado Request for Quote regarding NCR Roll Stock Paper. The exhibit requires bidders to certify that they have no conflicts of interest that would prevent them from performing the work or providing the materials requested. The certification document establishes the legal and ethical framework for vendor participation in the procurement process, ensuring that all respondents meet conflict of interest requirements before contract award.
The document serves as a binding attestation that the bidding organization and its officers, employees, and agents have disclosed any potential conflicts of interest related to the state procurement. Vendors must confirm compliance with Colorado state regulations governing conflicts of interest and certify that no circumstances exist that would compromise their ability to deliver NCR roll stock paper in an impartial and professional manner. This exhibit is a standard requirement for contract participation and must be completed and submitted with all bid responses.
