About this file
This document is a NASPO ValuePoint Participating Addendum for a Software Value Added Reseller (SVAR) contract, led by the State of Arizona, between Zones, LLC (the Contractor) and the State of North Dakota (the Participating Entity). The addendum is part of a master agreement with the contract number CTR060031 and is designed to establish terms for software and related services procurement for North Dakota state agencies, governmental boards, commissions, educational institutions, and other government entities.
The participating addendum covers software licensing and services, with specific exclusions for certain software titles from vendors like Adobe, Barracuda, Cisco, ESRI, Microsoft, and Oracle (primarily for state agencies and higher education institutions). The scope allows for purchasing software and related services through the contract, with provisions for project management, personnel requirements, change control processes, and detailed guidelines for deliverable acceptance. The contract does not allow leasing programs and permits authorized subcontractors, dealers, and resellers to provide sales and service support. The addendum incorporates the terms of the master agreement and provides additional state-specific modifications related to confidentiality, data processing, legal jurisdiction, and other operational details specific to North Dakota's procurement needs.
