... characteristics of Similar Projects or the offeror will not be considered further." If an offeror does not have three projects that each meet all of the stated characteristics does this disqualify the proposal?
Response to RFI #05: The submittal requirement for Factor 2 - Company's Relevant Experience (page 11 of 31 of the most recent solicitation document) instructs offerors to provide at least three (3) and no more than five (5) examples of Similar Projects. The Government evaluation team will review the entire portfolio of selected Similar Projects (between 3 and 5 individual projects) to identify whether the portfolio as a whole meets the six stated characteristics. The offeror will not be disqualified from further consideration if a Similar Project does not include all six stated characteristics. However, as stated in Section VI.F. Non-Price Factors, subsection (2) Evaluation Factor 2
- Company's Relevant Experience, one or more Similar Project(s) that meets all six characteristics may be evaluated more favorably than projects that meet only five or less of the characteristics. The Government evaluation team will considered the portfolio of Similar Projects as a whole to determine the evaluated rating for Evaluation Factor 2.

The USMS drawings attachment is considered SBU building information and will only be distributed to contractors that complete the appropriate SBU Building Information request form.
