REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION RESPONSES
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) RESPONSE
Is the parking striping to be exactly as existing? The parking numbers appear to be small. Are there any special GSA requirements? Maintain existing striping and numbering.
Two parking spots conflict with the location of a dumpster. Should the parking layout be modified? No, maintain existing layout.
10 Are there any ADA parking requirements? No, not as part of this project.
During the site visit a verbal clarification was issued on the $2,000,000.00 aggregate. This aggregate is the total dollar amount of contracts to be issued over the 3-year period as a cumulative aggregate for all the contractors (approx. 3-5) within the IDIQ.
Please confirm. Correct.
During the site visit a verbal explanation was given on the pricing schedule attached to the SF1442. Line Item (1) is to have the total price, with markups and all costs to enter into a contract, inserted in it. Line Items (2), (3), & (4) are self-explanatory and are to be added to Line Item (1) as part of the evaluation.
Please confirm that this is the correct understanding.
Correct. Line item (1) is the total proposed price for the seed project. Should the offeror ultimately be selected by the Government for award of the seed project task order, the award would be made at the price in Line item (1). Line items (2), (3), & (4) are to be completed by the offeror with their applicable rates for each category. The sum of these line items will be the 'Total Evaluated Price' to be used for evaluation purposes.
The intent of the performance of the Seed Project is to perform it over a 3-day Holiday weekend. This was also discussed at the site visit. Please confirm.
This is not a requirement of the SOW. However, should the offeror ultimately be selected by the Government for award of the seed project task order, scheduling this work on a 3 day holiday weekend, if needed, is a possibility.

This is a seed project for this IDIQ. The Price Proposal outlined in the Solicitation will include the offerors proposal to complete this seed project which is an element of the offerors ‘Total Evaluated Price’ formula outlined in SF-1442.

Competitive proposals shall be evaluated and assessed based on the factors specified in this solicitation. For this

The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors (other than exchanges conducted for the purpose of minor clarifications). However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Therefore, each initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The Government reserves the right to conduct negotiations if necessary.
