About this file

This document is a Price Increase Percentages form from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) Procurement division, associated with Solicitation No. BPM005905. The document is available online at https://appstate.az.gov/ and is designed for potential contractors to specify their maximum price increase percentages for contract renewal periods.

The form outlines the maximum allowable price increases for four potential contract renewal periods: 0% for the first renewal, and 5% for each subsequent renewal (2nd, 3rd, and 4th periods). The document emphasizes that increases are not automatically granted and that contractors must provide documentation justifying any requested price increase. The increases are to be calculated against the original contract price, with each renewal period's percentage computed from the initial contract amount. The State of Arizona requires detailed documentation to support any price adjustments at the time of contract renewal.
