Service Entry – South West barriers

Concrete was poured too high during installation resulting in the plate not resting properly in the down position and also damaging the paint and the galvanizing coating

Resolution: grind the concrete down, touch up paint with yellow and black paint

Concrete Slurry on top of barrier ram remove slurry and repaint

Concrete was poured too high during installation resulting in the plate not resting properly in the down position and also damaging the paint and the galvanizing coating

Oil dirty but manifold is in good shape. Less leaking down valve

Remove additional layer of controls

Concrete was poured too high during installation resulting in the plate not resting properly in the down position and also damaging the paint and the galvanizing coating

Secondary layer of controls not necessary remove and control from master panel

Surge protector terminals failing replace with standard terminals and whole unit surge protection

All barrier programming & control migrated to this control group
