About this file
This document appears to be a delivery zone specification for a state contract covering North Dakota. The contract defines nine distinct geographical zones centered around major cities across the state, including Williston, Bottineau, Minot, Devils Lake, Grand Forks, Dickinson, Bismarck, Jamestown, and Fargo.
The contract requires contractors to provide routine service within a 60-mile radius of the designated city for each zone. If service requests from an agency extend beyond this 60-mile radius, contractors are instructed to notify the State Procurement Officer managing the contract. The document provides a clear geographical framework for service delivery, ensuring comprehensive coverage across North Dakota's key urban centers.
