About this file
This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, Finance Procurement Department for vendors seeking to contract with the municipality. The certification form requires contractors to acknowledge compliance with three Arkansas state laws governing public contracting, with applicability determined by contract value thresholds. For contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel. For contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants. For contracts valued at $75,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in boycotts of the energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries. The document applies to the City of Little Rock's Parking Lot Construction project at 1419 Park (LR Nine Way), located at 1419 Park, Little Rock, AR 72202, which is being sought by the Department of Housing and Neighborhood Programs.
Contractors must sign the certification form, providing their vendor name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date, confirming their compliance with all applicable restrictions based on their contract value. The form serves as a prerequisite certification requirement and does not address pricing, funding sources, or other contract-specific terms, functioning instead as a compliance verification document necessary for contract eligibility with the City of Little Rock.
