About this file

This is a vendor checklist document issued by Collier County, Florida's Procurement Services Division in support of a Request for Professional Services solicitation for General Professional Services for Airports (Grant Funded). The solicitation seeks multiple qualified engineering consultants to provide services on an as-needed basis for the Airport Authority Division. Historically, County departments have allocated approximately $250,000 annually for such services, though this may not reflect future purchasing patterns. The document does not specify response deadlines, due dates, site visits, bidder conferences, award dates, or contract terms, as it functions primarily as a submission requirements checklist rather than a solicitation summary.

The checklist mandates that all vendors submit electronically through OpenGov and complete numerous compliance documents, including a Vendor Declaration Statement, Conflict of Interest Certification, Immigration Affidavit Certification, Reference Questionnaire forms, and W-9 Form. Vendors must provide proof of active status from Florida's Division of Corporations, demonstrate current E-Verify enrollment, submit insurance documentation within five days of a Notice of Recommended Award, and include copies of all relevant licenses and certifications. All addenda must be signed and attached, and vendors must acknowledge acceptance of Collier County Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, Grant Provisions and Assurances (if applicable), and any IT Technical Architecture or supplemental requirements. Failure to provide applicable documents may result in a non-responsive or non-responsible determination.
