About this file

This is an addendum issued by Calvert County Government, Maryland, extending the bid deadline for Invitation to Bid (ITB) 2027-001 for Custodial Services at Multiple Sites. The original bid deadline has been extended to August 25, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. to allow the County sufficient time to publish responses to bidders' questions and provide bidders adequate time to review and incorporate those responses into their proposals. Bidders are instructed to monitor the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) for published responses to questions, which are anticipated to be released during the week of August 17, 2026. Bidders who have already submitted bids may submit revised bids prior to the new deadline to reflect any changes based on the County's published responses, with the most recent bid received prior to the deadline considered the bidder's final submission.

No additional pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding sources, or other salient contract details are specified in this addendum document. The extension is solely designed to facilitate bidder understanding and participation by allowing additional time for question clarification and bid refinement.
