About this file

The document is a warehouse procedures guide for processing orders, specifically detailing steps for transferring supply orders from PGH Supply to Cartegraph. The guide outlines a three-stage process for order management: Stage 1 involves creating a new task in Cartegraph, entering resources, and verifying the order matches the original supply request. Stage 2 focuses on inventory corrections and generating a packing slip, while Stage 3 involves finalizing the order and notifying the relevant division. The document was last updated on 10/16/2020 and provides a systematic approach to warehouse order processing.

While the document does not contain pricing, set-asides, or specific contract details, it appears to be an internal workflow procedure for order management. The guide emphasizes the importance of accurate record-keeping and requires order approval before processing. The procedure seems to be part of an internal system using PGH Supply and Cartegraph platforms, with a focus on precise inventory tracking and communication between warehouse and divisional teams.
