This is Amendment #1 to Contract 15-88343-601 between the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration and Centurion, Incorporated. The amendment was executed by Michael L. Morgan, Secretary of Administration for the Wisconsin Department of Administration, representing the State of Wisconsin, and an authorized representative of Centurion, Incorporated.
The contract covers Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solutions, with this amendment specifically addressing post-warranty maintenance and support services. The amendment establishes optional Post-Warranty Maintenance and Support Agreement options for Version 7 and Version 8 software systems, available only through July 31, 2009, using existing contract pricing. As an alternative, the State may utilize Post-Warranty Non-Contract Time and Materials pricing for hardware and software issues. Additionally, the amendment includes confidentiality provisions requiring Centurion to protect confidential, proprietary, and personally identifiable information for three years following contract termination, with requirements for employee non-disclosure agreements.
