About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for Financial Support Services. The solicitation is a competition among small businesses only, issued by the Department of Justice Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives. It provides clarification that optional tasks in the performance work statement may be exercised at the agency's discretion, and that only the agency may authorize the use of optional tasks. Subcontractors proposed by an offeror must obtain their own unique alpha-numeric identifiers from the contracting officer to be included in proposals, and these identifiers should follow a standard format of "S#" to denote the subcontractor and prime contractor relationship.
