Questions and Answers

NOTE: Vendors: Before ask questions please read all questions and answers. Duplicate questions will not be answered. THANKS

Q: The instructions to offerors states “DO NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN 2 DOCUMENTS If documents/proposals submitted do not comply with instructions above, proposal will not be considered. If more than 2 documents are submitted, other documents will be discarded.”

However with the Q&A confirming that the pricing table should be submitted in excel format we will be forced to submit three documents: The technical Proposal, the Schedule B (as a PDF) and the Pricing Table (as an excel). Will that be acceptable? We could also recreate Schedule B as an Excel file and combine it with the Pricing Table if you would prefer.

A: You can have schedule B and Pricing Table in Excel format combine as long as there are only 2 documents.

Q: In the Q&A dated 12-19-2020 you state: “If the federal government is continuing under remote work due to Pandemic, contract personnel also be under remote work.” Will government furnished equipment include all the necessary equipment to support remote work? (i.e. laptops) A: Yes, the government will provide the necessary equipment to support the remote work such as laptop.

Q: Regarding the 20 hours per year statistician position: Will the 20 hours of estimated work be required to be performed on government site or can it be supported remotely? Will the statistician be required to have a TS clearance? Is the statistician considered “key personnel” and as such, a resume is required to be submitted as part of our proposal?

A: The Statistician works 40 hours per year, not 20.

Statistician can be supported remotely.

Statistician will be required to have a TS clearance The statistician considered “key personnel” and as such, a resume is required to be submitted as part of the proposal

Q: Is there an incumbent? If so, can you provide the incumbent name and contract#?

A: Please see previous Q&A- 12-19-2020.

Q: Please confirm that Task 4 and 5 are optional.

A: Task 3 and Task 4 are optional. Task 5 is transition support and is required.

Q: Please confirm that Task 6 Transition Support should be Task 5 in accordance with numerical order of previous tasks and not optional like Task 4 and 5.

A: Task 5 is transition support. There is no Task 6.

Q: Are there any minimum qualifications for the statistician?

A: Minimum qualification for a Statistician is a BA/BS in Business or related field.
