The purpose of this Amendment No. 2 is to provide official Government responses to various questions from potential offerors.

Q1. Attachment 7 states "Contractor will need to bring water for concrete and operations."

However, at the pre-bid meeting the NPS representative said that the National Parks would supply water. There will be significant water requirements for this project and brining water to the island is expensive. Please clarify, will the Contractor need to supply water for construction and personnel purposes or will the National Park Service provide water on the island?

A1. The NPS will provide water for the housing area and for construction.

Q2. Attachment 7 states: "There is power available to the contractor. Needs to be coordinated with the park for its use." During the site visit it was stated that the contractor would need to bring in generators for construction power. Will the contractor be responsible for supplying their own power for construction work?

A2. NPS will provide power for the housing area but as power requirements may vary for construction, the contractor will be responsible for providing power at the job site.

Q3. Attachment 7 says "No full size trucks.

Need to minimize footprint on existing trails.

Gator ATV size is acceptable." Please confirm, the contractor will not be allowed to bring a pickup truck to the island, but they may bring a

Gator (or similar) 4 passenger UTV.

A3. Due to narrow trails and limited turning areas the use of a full size truck is not allowed. uUe of a 4-6 person UTV is allowed.

Q4. Per Section L - Instructions, Conditions and

Notices of Offerors, it states that each Volume

(Volume I-Technical and Volume II - Business &

Price) are to be submitted on four (4) USB thumb/ flash drives. Can we have Volume I and II combined on each flash drive so there is only a total of four (4) or does there have to be four

(4) for each volume, equaling (8)?

A4. The Offerors will need to supply four (4) thumb/flash drives for Volume I and separate thumb/flash drives for Volume II for a total of eight (8) thumb drives.

Q5. Will there be a cut off date established for receipt of questions?

A5. Yes, the cut off date for receipt of all questions is Friday, May 10, 2019 in order to provide sufficient time for any formal Government responses before proposals are due.

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
