Fishlake NF Supervisory Office Remodel Responses to questions 5/18/2022

· Question: Rubber toe / base. The documentation states that forming corners on site is acceptable. Then later in the installation portion of the spec it talks about how to install the preformed corners. Should the rubber base corners be preformed or formed on site?

Answer: Rubber base corners may be formed on site.

· Question: The finish schedule states LVP flooring for the Reception Area, East Vestibule, Secure sales, and Breakroom. The plans show ceramic tile. Would you like us to bid using tile or LVP? If the answer is to use LVP flooring, the base that is called out in the finish schedule for that area is ceramic tile. If we switch to LVP, should we also switch the base to rubber?

Answer: Provide ceramic floor tile and 6” coved base as shown in the finish floorplan A1.03 in the in the east vestibule, reception, secure sales, hall 07, breakroom and toilet rooms.
