About this file
This document is a North Dakota State Contract (Contract Number 117) for Facilities - Security and Fire Protection Services, established through the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program. The contract is available to a broad range of governmental and quasi-governmental entities, including state agencies, higher education institutions, counties, cities, townships, public schools, governmental boards and commissions, nonprofit entities established on behalf of public entities, tribal agencies, transportation providers, and the International Peace Garden.
The contract covers a comprehensive range of security and fire protection services and equipment, including access control systems, burglar alarms, surveillance services, fire extinguishers, fire extinguishing systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, high security control systems, and related inspections and monitoring services. While specific pricing details are referenced in Attachment C, which lists labor rates and percentage discounts, the contract is structured as an open-ended agreement with no mandated participation, meaning the total contract volume is not predetermined.
