About this file
This is a Technical Response Attachment document issued by the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for mobile MRI and CT services to be provided at Utah State Correctional Facility. The contract opportunity (DHHS26117) requires offerors to provide self-contained mobile diagnostic imaging services, including a fully certified mobile imaging unit equipped with minimum 1.5T MRI and 64-slice CT technology. The scope includes staffing the equipment with ARRT-certified, Utah-licensed technologists and providing a Board-Certified Radiologist for image interpretation and report delivery. All equipment must maintain medical-grade HVAC systems and be fully licensed and registered for medical operation within Utah. The document specifies mandatory minimum requirements that offerors must certify they meet, including compliance with scheduling requirements with a maximum 30-day order-to-test-result turnaround.
The technical response evaluation criteria require offerors to address five key areas: qualifications and experience administering MRI and CT services within a correctional facility, capabilities for diagnostic interpretation by a Board-Certified Radiologist within 48 hours of procedure, capabilities for providing certified Utah-licensed equipment, experience providing mobile diagnostic imaging services in the Wasatch Front geographic area, and compliance methodology for CHS scheduling requirements. Each evaluation criterion response is limited to one page. Preliminary imaging results must be delivered within 4 hours, with final reports provided within 24 to 48 hours. The document does not specify pricing terms, contract term length, renewal options, or funding sources within this particular attachment.
