About this file

This is a Quick Guide for Wisconsin state contract #505ENT-O17-SALESFORCE-00, a cooperative contract available to Wisconsin state agencies, University of Wisconsin campuses, and authorized entities including Wisconsin municipalities as permitted under Wisconsin statute s. 16.73. The contract awards Salesforce implementation services to five contractors: Accenture LLP, Allium IT LLC, Deloitte Consulting LLP, Prelude Systems Inc., and Vertiba LLC, with each contractor holding individual contract numbers within the umbrella agreement.

The contract provides comprehensive Salesforce implementation services including project management, business analysis, design, development, configuration, integration, testing, training, documentation, and support services for diverse Salesforce application development needs. Pricing is based on contractor rate cards with quoted prices serving as maximum rates that can be negotiated lower, and contractors are responsible for all travel costs. The contract excludes the purchase of Salesforce software, hardware, or peripheral devices. The initial contract term ran from August 26, 2016 through August 23, 2018, with two renewal terms extending through August 23, 2020. Authorized users may request quotes from multiple contractors using Statements of Work to obtain competitive pricing, and state agencies must submit DET Service Requests prior to obtaining services. Purchase orders must be itemized and include contract numbers, contact information, service descriptions, position titles, rates, and any agreed-upon documentation such as SOWs.
