The City of Show Low contracted IE&D to provide design services and coordinate environmental clearances for a federally-funded project managed by the EPA through Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) appropriations. The project involved the reconstruction and upsizing of 2,500 feet of 18” diameter gravity sewer line. IE&D prepared preliminary design documents and reports to support the application for the release of EPA grant funds. They also coordinated with an environmental subconsultant to conduct archaeological investigations and prepare CATEX documents for environmental clearance. Additionally, IE&D was contracted for an ADOT-managed design project, also federally funded through CDS appropriations. This project required the preparation of improvement plans, ADOT-specific project specifications, and the coordination of subconsultants for environmental clearances. The scope included the design of 1.3 miles of roadway pavement reconstruction and the development of traffic control plans. IE&D's expertise in handling federally-funded projects and ensuring regulatory compliance has been key to the successful execution of these initiatives for the City of Show Low.

Bron Industries contracted IE&D to develop a Conceptual Water Master Plan for a 40-acre area in Show Low, AZ, designated for high-density housing and RV parks. As part of this project, IE&D designed the first phase of water infrastructure for an 84-unit RV park, ensuring the plans met regulatory requirements and laid the groundwork for future expansion. Previously, IE&D successfully developed a comprehensive Master Water Plan for a 54-unit RV park, which involved detailed designs for well rehabilitation and tank installation. They also managed the preparation and submission of all required documentation to secure ADEQ Approval to Construct (ATC). IE&D’s proven ability to handle both design and regulatory compliance ensures Bron Industries can confidently move forward with their development plans. Their experience aligns with the unique needs of large-scale water infrastructure for RV parks and residential communities.
