This is a Minimum Qualifications Reference Form attachment for a Request for Qualifications issued by San Francisco Public Works for As-Needed Pavement Condition Assessment Services in 2026 (Sourcing Event ID 11883). The RFQ seeks to award up to four contracts to pre-qualified consultant or joint venture firms to provide professional pavement condition assessment services on an as-needed basis, with assignments varying in size and complexity. Proposers must submit complete proposals through the SF City Partner Website no later than 2:00 P.M. Pacific Standard Time on Wednesday, September 09, 2026. Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at DPW-ProContracts@sfgov.org by 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
