Rental Listing Service: Off Campus Housing

The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) Rental Listing Service multi-award vehicle provides comprehensive online off-campus housing services for UW System students and employees. The vehicle offers digital platforms enabling users to access housing listings, sublet opportunities, roommate searches, and parking finder tools at no direct cost to participants. Designed to support student housing needs, the contract includes robust digital services that facilitate housing connections through an online marketplace, with specific emphasis on accessibility and user-friendly interfaces.

The contract is an exclusive five-year agreement with Rent College Pads Inc., a Milwaukee-based company, running from December 1, 2024, through November 30, 2029. The state-wide vehicle covers Wisconsin's higher education market, with UWM retaining extension rights and implementing a revenue-sharing model that includes yearly minimum guarantees ranging from $31,000 to $35,000, plus a 25% commission from net revenue. The contract requires biannual data analytics reporting, 99.99% website availability, WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility compliance, and mandatory participation in UWM's annual Housing Fair. The total contract value includes both guaranteed minimums and potential commission-based earnings, making it a flexible and comprehensive solution for off-campus housing services.
