Concrete ramps will feed into the playground area. The contractor must complete preliminary and submittal work within 10 days of Notice to Proceed and substantially complete all work within 180 calendar days, with liquidated damages of $500 per day for delays.

Best ratings of A-5 or higher and Georgia Secretary of State licensure. Progress payments are made monthly less ten percent retainage until 50 percent of contract price is reached.
